Secure ("we," "us," or "our") is a relationship and emotional-wellbeing app that is currently in pre-launch. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and readable on purpose.
What we collect
Right now, the only place this website collects personal information is the waitlist form. When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your first and last name: so we can greet you properly when we reach out.
- Your email address: so we can contact you about Secure.
- The page you signed up from: for example, "home" or "anxiety-journey." This is a simple label that helps us understand which parts of the site people find most helpful.
- A timestamp: the date and time your submission was received.
We do not collect payment details or any sensitive personal information through this website.
How it's collected
This information is collected only when you actively enter your email and submit the waitlist form. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies to gather personal information on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- Notify you when Secure launches and offer you early access.
- Occasionally share meaningful updates about Secure's progress.
- Understand, in aggregate, which pages lead people to join, so we can improve the experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing. You can ask to be removed at any time (see below).
Where it's stored
Waitlist submissions are sent securely from this website to a Google Sheet through a Google Apps Script endpoint, and stored within our Google account. Google processes and stores this data on our behalf in line with Google's own security and privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until Secure launches and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your choices & how to request removal
You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time, no reason needed. Just email us at PLACEHOLDER_EMAIL and we'll delete your information promptly. You can also reach us at that address with any questions about this policy.
Children's privacy
Secure is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required by the laws of their country to consent to this kind of processing.
Changes to this policy
As Secure grows, we may update this policy. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
